green energy: oh, the irony.

i received my first electric bill since moving. it came via mail. i'm fairly certain i was not receiving it by mail at my previous residence.

i called customer service to have it stopped since i pay via an online bill payment service which automatically pulls in my e-bill anyway.

customer service's reply: green mountain energy requires paper billing.
